What does the DeWALT factory warranty include?

The European DeWALT warranty provides you with 3 years of warranty on machines. This warranty is available to end users who purchased the machines from an authorized European dealer like Klium and does not apply to individuals who purchase the machines for resale or rental purposes. Exclusions include fastening tools such as tackers and powder-actuated tools, batteries and chargers, reconditioned machines marked with "Factory rework" and/or "Q", as well as compressors or generators.

What does the extra Klium Warranty offer?

At Klium, you can enjoy up to 5 years of warranty on your DeWALT power tools. After successful registration with the manufacturer, you'll receive an additional 2 years of Klium Warranty as a gift, allowing you to work worry-free for up to 5 years in total. The same terms and conditions as those of the manufacturer apply to the additional Klium warranty. The Klium warranty is valid for DeWALT purchases from 02/07/2018 that were successfully registered with the manufacturer.

How do you claim the warranty?

Register your DeWALT machine within 30 days of receipt via your free 'My DeWALT' account. If you have a defective machine, contact Klium customer service and follow the return instructions for safe shipping.
