Warranty conditions
Important: the manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
All products purchased from us come with a statutory warranty. A statutory warranty means that a product must be suitable for its intended purpose and perform as a consumer may reasonably expect. Some products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This manufacturer’s warranty does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
Private customers: 2-year manufacturer’s warranty
Private customers receive a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The statutory warranty period starts on the delivery date. You therefore need the purchase invoice. Important tip: register your purchase with the manufacturer immediately to ensure smooth handling of any warranty claim.
Business customers: 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
Business customers receive a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. The invoice is required, and the warranty period starts on the invoice date. We recommend registering your purchase with the manufacturer after receipt to ensure smooth handling of any warranty claim.
The Klium warranty: extended to up to 5 years on power tools!
At Klium, you receive more than just the standard warranty on power tools. After registering your purchase with the manufacturer, you receive an additional 2-year Klium warranty on top of the manufacturer’s warranty! This allows you to enjoy your new purchase worry-free, with a total warranty period of up to 5 years. You can also buy with confidence from an official dealer: Klium is an authorised distributor of every brand available in our webshop.

What happens when a repair is required during the warranty period?
You can easily check the manufacturer’s warranty conditions through the brand warranty links in our webshop. Does your claim meet the manufacturer’s warranty conditions? Complete the contact form on our customer service page so we can process your request quickly. Follow the safety instructions when returning the product to avoid unnecessary costs. As soon as we receive your product, we send it directly to the supplier for inspection and repair. You receive regular updates about your request. If the supplier determines that the repair does not fall under the warranty conditions, we inform you. The supplier then prepares a repair quotation, which we send to you. Once we receive the product back from the supplier, we return it to you free of charge.
Important information
When returning products for warranty claims or repair requests, you must follow several safety instructions. These instructions protect technicians and logistics employees. Failure to follow them results in an additional charge. You can avoid this unnecessary cost of at least €25 by following the safety instructions below.
Specific safety instructions apply when returning vacuum cleaners and fuel-powered machines:
- Vacuum cleaners: remove the dust bag.
- Fuel-powered machines: remove all fuel and oil from the tank.
One final but important piece of advice: always buy products with a full warranty from an official dealer. Avoid unpleasant surprises and enjoy peace of mind with Klium, your trusted partner for all your tool needs!
