You can submit a complaint about a product or our service by email via [email protected] or by phone via 0800 0226 945 (on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00). We do our best to help you quickly and properly.

Not satisfied with how your complaint was handled? You can forward it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl). 

Klium replies within 14 days after receiving the complaint. This applies to both consumer and business complaints. But of course, we try to solve everything as quickly and properly as possible.

Business customers can't contact the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (for consumers) or the ODR platform, but can file a complaint via www.thuiswinkel.org.
