Product description:

  • This is a screw gauge with a 2mm spindle pitch, movement four times faster than a standard screw gauge.
  • The Digimatic screw gauge QuantuMike IP65 offers the following advantages:
    • Fast measurements are achieved by using a coarse thread that moves the spindle by 2mm per revolution.
    • Approximately four times faster than a standard screw gauge with 0.5mm spindle pitch.
    • The instrument has excellent accuracy, with only ±1µm instrument error (75mm or less measuring range models).
    • The duo ratchet and quick displacement mechanism make it suitable for single-handed use and use in screw gauge holder.
    • Excellent resistance to water and dust (IP65 protection class) allows the screw gauge to be used in machine conditions with splashing coolant.
