A phosphate coating protects the cap from rust and corrosion

You can use the PRO Impact cap set to tighten hex screws, bolts and nuts with the square-drive socket spanner. We designed these to help with screw work in factory plants or other types of heavy industrial work.

We made the sockets in the PRO Impact socket set from heat-treated CRMO (chrome-molybdenum) steel and designed them with thick walls to ensure they can withstand high torques. We have added a black phosphate coating to protect them from rust and corrosion. The caps are durably marked and colour-coded so you can immediately see which one you need. They feature a groove and through-hole to attach them to the impact spanner using our pin and washer when you need an extra firm grip.
