Achieve fast, consistent cutting action with the 3M Silver cut-off wheel suitable for numerous applications. It cuts quickly through metal pipes, tubes, flat sheets and much more. The disc features our Precision Shaped Grain, which continuously breaks down to super-sharp points and edges that cut cleanly through metal instead of grooving or gouging like traditional abrasives. This helps the material last significantly longer than conventional abrasives with ceramic grains, while maintaining a high cutting speed throughout its life. The disc should be attached to a cut-off tool (sold separately) and should always be used with a protective cover for safety. The disc should also have a maximum operating speed higher than or equal to the maximum speed of the tool used.
