Precise sealing with Zwaluw PU-GunFoam Low Expansion
- Controlled low post-expansion: You fill joints and gaps precisely without risking distortion or excessive pressure against surrounding building components.
- High thermal insulation: You improve overall energy efficiency across installations thanks to the foam's dense and fine cell structure.
- Strong multi-surface adhesion: The polyurethane formula bonds reliably to a wide range of substrates including concrete, stone, wood, and rigid plastics.
With Zwaluw PU-GunFoam Low Expansion, you seal construction and perimeter joints accurately without distorting lightweight door and window frames. The controlled low post-expansion minimizes pressure on adjacent building components, giving you total control over the filling process. This 1-component polyurethane foam in a 750 ml canister is applied quickly and precisely with an nbs gun. Its dense, fine cell structure delivers high thermal insulation and effectively stops drafts, heat loss, and acoustic leaks. The light green foam provides strong adhesion to concrete, masonry, stone, wood, metal, and rigid plastics. Once fully cured, excess foam is easily trimmed and finished with paint, plaster, or sealant.
