Zwaluw Flex-Foam is tested and approved by a notified body (0960) as a 1-component flexible insulation polyurethane foam with a high yield. It is specifically developed to seal and fill joints, seams and connections. Through it's unique formulation Zwaluw Flex-Foam can also be used at low temperatures. Zwaluw Flex-Foam has been tested according to the directives of the NEN-EN 1026: 2000 to determine the air loss at a pressure up to 1050 Pa. The air loss is 25 times lower than prescribed by the standard. Zwaluw Flex-Foam is suitable for use in details in passive houses and energy neutral homes and buildings. Application:
Zwaluw Flex-Foam was specially developed for airtight and thermally insulated joints around window frames and in construction. Also for use in partition walls, ceiling and floor joints, surface penetration of pipes and tubes through walls and floors. The foam has excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, stone, plaster, wood, metal and many plastics like EPS and XPS, rigid PU foam and uPVC. Ideally suitable for the connection between plaster blocks and limestone bricks.

If kept stored in a cool, dry place, in unopened original packaging, between +5°C and +25°C, shelf life is up to 18 months from production date. Store the canisters in an upright position.
