Electric thread cutting machines on 230V
A thread cutting machine cuts threads on pipes and bars far faster and more consistently than threading by hand. For plumbers, installers and machine builders it is the standard solution as soon as series of fittings, pipes or rods need to be threaded. The electric drive machine runs on 230V and turns the pipe while the die head applies the thread, with a support arm absorbing the reaction forces.
Choose the right die heads for the thread type you need, from tapered pipe thread to metric thread, and watch the diameter range the machine can handle. A drive machine without a fixed die head is more versatile, because you can also drive existing dies with it. Pay attention to cooling and lubrication during cutting too, because enough cutting oil extends the life of the die heads and gives a cleaner thread.
A stable stand or carrying case makes moving to the site easier. Finally, check the power in relation to the heaviest pipe diameter you expect. This way you deliver crisp, leak-free threaded connections.
