Instructions

Application temperature between -10°C and +40°C
Apply to clean, dust- and grease-free substrates
Use Tec7 Prepare & Finish for safe cleaning and degreasing, for perfect finishing and for removing uncured Tec7 polymers. In case of heavy soiling, clean with Tec7 Cleaner and/or Multiclean
Apply with hand or air pistol (best with telescopic piston)
Due to the wide variety of different plastics and compositions, as well as materials prone to stress corrosion, preliminary tests are recommended
Test adhesion to plastics, powdered paints, exotic woods and bituminous materials
Reinforce weak and/or porous substrates first with Poxy Primer
Due to the variety of lacquers and paints on the market, testing is recommended. The use of alkyd resin-based products may delay the drying process. Alkyd resin paints will cure with delay
When mirror bonding in sanitary areas, only apply vertical glue strips to avoid stagnant moisture due to condensation
The nozzle is equipped with a V-groove for perfect dispensing with the appropriate glue height, so DO NOT SMOOTH DOWN
When applying, position the nozzle vertically on the surface
Easiest to spray with the Tec7 Multigun
The strongest bonding with the fastest curing is achieved with adhesive strips (and not with adhesive dots)
