Product description

Multifunctional application indoors
Fast and reliable processing with low effort (more screws on one battery charge)
Application in decorative furniture construction when using dark/antique woods or dark furniture/metal fittings
Effectively reduces the risk of the wood splitting, even with small edge distances
Visually attractive appearance with black fittings and dark wood types
Without pre-drilling (depending on the type of wood)

The universal screw is the absolute all-rounder in the SPAX range. It can do almost anything - for example, screw into softwood such as spruce and pine completely without pre-drilling or into wooden panels such as MDF, chipboard and OSB boards. Our universal screw shows its superiority especially in interior and furniture construction, but with suitable corrosion protection it can also be used outdoors.

Thanks to its special thread geometry, the resistance when screwing is significantly lower than with conventional screws, which not only protects your muscles and nerves, but also the battery of the cordless screwdriver. Splitting of the wood close to the edges is practically completely prevented.

That means for you: You turn in more screws per battery charge and you no longer have to worry about split edges!
