Reliable rotation under shaft deflection
- Dynamic misalignment compensation: The double-row spherical outer raceway accommodates angular misalignment smoothly, ensuring you prevent edge loading during shaft deflection.
- Fast and secure mounting: With its tapered bore, the 2310 K/C3 mounts easily onto adapter or withdrawal sleeves on plain or stepped shafts.
- Increased internal thermal clearance: The internal C3 clearance prevents binding when operational heat expands components, giving you smooth running at high speeds.
Keep your industrial drive systems running smoothly with the Skf 2310 K/C3 self-aligning ball bearing, even under shaft deflection or misalignment. Its double-row design and sphered outer raceway easily accommodate angular misalignments without increasing friction. Featuring a tapered bore, this 50X110X40 mm open bearing mounts securely and simply onto smooth or stepped shafts using an adapter sleeve. The increased C3 radial internal clearance prevents binding during thermal expansion, ensuring reliable, high-speed performance in demanding machinery.
Product description
Self-aligning ball bearings, with a tapered bore, have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring. They are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, which can be caused, for example, by shaft deflection. The tapered bore facilitates ease of mounting via adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves.
- Ease of mounting via adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves
- Accommodate static and dynamic misalignment
- Excellent high-speed performance
- Excellent light load performance
- Low friction
