Shelf supports for slotted upright systems

A shelf support is the bracket that carries the load between a slotted upright and the shelf itself, so its depth and its load rating decide what a rack can actually hold. Supports are sized to the shelf: depths run from 170 mm for narrow parts shelving up to 470 mm for boxed stock and heavier crates, and the bracket should finish flush with the front edge rather than protrude into the aisle.

Single slotted versions hook into one row of perforations and suit light and medium duty; double slotted versions spread the load across two rows and hold their alignment better under weight and repeated reloading. Because the whole system is modular, shelf heights can be reset in minutes as stock profiles change, which is why slotted uprights outlast fixed shelving in a busy store.

Match the finish and the slot pitch to the uprights already installed, since pitch is not interchangeable between systems. These brackets sit within accessories and parts fixed and mobile furniture, next to the tool holder options that fit the same uprights.
