Replacement straps for strap and pipe wrenches

The strap is the only part of a strap wrench that really wears. It runs over the sharp edge of the head, is tensioned again with every pull, and takes oil, grease and sometimes solvent. Sooner or later it stretches or tears, and then the wrench slips on the workpiece. A replacement strap renews that part, so the handle and the mechanism stay in service.

Choose the strap on the wrench it has to fit. Length sets the largest diameter you can still wrap: short straps from around 425 mm for filters and small pipe, long straps up to 1200 mm for large lines and plastic pipe. Width and the way the end clamps into the head differ per manufacturer and are not interchangeable, so note the model of your wrench before ordering.

For plastic pipe there are separate straps that do not mark the surface. Other loose parts for wrenches sit under accessories and spare parts.
