Punches for clean holes in sheet metal, gaskets and soft materials

A punch delivers clean, burr-free holes without drilling, making it the fastest way to perforate sheet metal, rubber gaskets, leather and plastic. This range covers manual hole punches and drive-bolt punches in diameters from 5 mm up to 63 mm, handling everything from cable pass-throughs to large gasket openings.

Bahco supplies the core range with single-size punches in 20, 25, 30, 32, 35, 40, 50 and 63 mm diameters, all designed for hammer-driven use on a suitable backing surface. The progressive diameter steps let you build a complete set matched to common pipe, conduit and fitting sizes.

Bosch contributes hole saws that overlap with punching applications on thicker materials where a clean pilot is needed. Facom adds the PG series punch with drive bolt in 22.5 mm for precise, repeatable holes in production settings. Choose based on the material thickness and hole diameter required: lighter hand punches for gaskets and leather up to a few millimetres, heavier drive-bolt models for steel sheet.
