Applications:

  • Designed for use in a wide temperature range and/or high-vacuum operations such as semiconductor applications

Characteristics:

  • Excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents
  • Excellent stability at high temperatures
  • Good compatibility with elastomers and plastics
  • Effective at low temperatures is registered under NSF Class H-1, may incidentally come into contact with foodstuffs
