High-output Li-ion slide-in battery for 40Vmax XGT® tools
The BL4040F uses cells with lower internal resistance. This enables the battery to deliver high peak power (close to that of the BL4050F), means it generates less heat, and also improves runtime as energy loss during discharge is reduced. This battery is particularly suitable for applications where high power is required but where the machine must also be as compact and lightweight as possible, for example angle grinders, circular saws, hammer drills and (top-handle) chainsaws.
