Product description

Wood cutting general

Jigsaw blade with ground and tapered teeth. Suitable for materials such as wood and plastic. Overall length 132 mm with a working length of 100 mm and 6 TPI. The pack contains 5 blades.

This blade is made of high carbon steel (HCS). It is a material that resists bending well and is therefore best suited for cutting softer materials such as soft wood, soft plastics and wood fibre boards. The blade attachment is bayonet-shank type, also known as T-shank, designed for quick and easy blade changes. The T-shaped cross-section fits into the blade holder of the jigsaw. The shape of the shank ensures a secure attachment and reduces the risk of the blade slipping or loosening during use. The sharpened teeth have sharper edges for a smooth, accurate cut with slower cutting time.
