The groove cutter Zeta P2 with its integrated milling mechanism creates the interlocking P-System groove within seconds. After inserting it into the material, the milling mechanism automatically engages and performs an axial milling movement for the P-System grooves. The construction and application of the machine are based on the proven Lamello system with precise stops. It therefore offers the same advantages: high processing quality for perfect precision, no depth adjustment between machining of the two workpieces, lateral play of the connecting elements and it thus drives the milling movement. With the Zeta P2 groove cutter and the matching P-System connectors, corner joints can be set quickly. The automatic milling mechanism is process-safe, fully mechanical, reliable and wear-resistant. It consists of high-precision Lamello turning parts and uses eddy current to join workpieces very quickly, aesthetically and at all angles. The P-System depth regulator rotates at lightning speed, allowing different depths to be set for the P-System joining elements: 10, 12, 14, 15 or 18. In addition to the P-System application, the Zeta P2 can be used as a standard groove milling machine for wooden slats. Even more efficient is the use of the flat dowel cutter Zeta P2 in combination with a CNC machining centre. In this case, positioning holes are made to give the Zeta P2, which is equipped with positioning pins, the exact position for milling the groove in the surface or edge.
