- ESD tweezers are made of 30% carbon fibre-reinforced plastic, conduct both electrically and thermally very well and are characterised by high abrasion and scratch resistance
- With a surface resistance between 10^2 and 10^4 ohms for the controlled equalisation of potential differences between the user and electronic components
- Plastic ESD tweezers are temperature stable up to 130 °C and in the short term possible up to 190 °C
- The carbon fibre-reinforced plastic of the ESD versions is fully elastic, material fatigue-resistant, vibration-damping and water-repellent, with good chemical resistance to most oils, greases, fuels and non-polar solvents
- Plastic ESD tweezers are ideal for work on sensitive electronic, micro-mechanical, glass and ceramic components, where there is a need to be as gentle as possible on the surface of these components
