  • The 80K-6 is a high voltage measurement probe designed to extend the measurement capability of an AC/DC voltage meter to 6,000 volts peak AC or DC overvoltage category I.
  • This means that the probe can only be used to make measurements on circuits with limited energy in the equipment.
  • Examples include high voltage in televisions and photocopiers.
  • DO NOT use this probe to measure high voltage at power distribution devices.
  • The probe offers high accuracy when used with a voltage meter with 10 Megohm input impedance.
