Festool screw
Festool screws are replacement screws for Festool machines and their accessories: the fixing screws that get lost or damaged during maintenance, repair or the replacement of a part. They are meant for anyone who services their own machines and wants an original screw rather than a lookalike from the parts bin.
Each screw is listed with its part number, and that number is the best way to choose: you find it in the parts list or exploded view of your machine. The names also give the thread and length, such as M4x8, M4x10, M4x12, M4x20 or M4x25, the head shape (raised or cheese head) and, where needed, the drive, such as Torx. There are also screws to DIN 923, cheese-head screws in property class 10.9 and screws intended for one specific machine, such as the CS 70 EB or the CS 50.
If you are unsure about the size, compare with the old screw or the part number. Other small maintenance parts for tables and machines are under Festool general accessories and spare parts.
