Corded DeWalt angle grinders, sanders and polishing machines

Corded DeWalt angle grinders, sanders and polishing machines are built for cutting, deburring, sanding and polishing metal, stone and wood, with the steady power of the mains.

With angle grinders, choose the disc diameter first. A 115 or 125 mm grinder is handy for deburring and short cuts; 230 mm discs cut deeper into stone or heavy sections. Power runs from around 800 W to over 2000 W. Check the switch: a slide switch with restart protection stops the machine from starting up by itself after a power cut. The Premium Brushless models also come in a low-speed version suited to stainless steel.

For surfaces there are 125 mm eccentric sanders, orbital sanders for a 1/4 sheet and a 180 mm angle polisher. For cutting steel to length, a metal cut-off machine with a 355 mm disc does the job; for fine work in small openings there is a brushless pin grinder. For drilling and breaking on mains power, turn to DeWalt corded combi hammers and demolition hammers.
