The PSM 200 AES is a versatile, powerful and, weighing 1.4 kilograms, truly lightweight all-rounder when sanding.
Equipped with a powerful 200-watt motor, it also copes with bigger jobs without any problems.
Like its smaller brother PSM 100 A, it features an iron-shaped sanding pad divided into two parts: the rear part of the sanding pad remains in position, the delta-shaped tip is flexibly applied and can be rotated.
In addition, for even more flexibility, a quadrangular sanding pad is included.
This allows even larger surfaces to be sanded efficiently.
Changing the sanding sheets is done without using tools.
Thanks to micro Velcro-type bonding, the sandpaper adheres very well to these.
The supplied microfilter box ensures dust-free working.
Alternatively, do-it-yourselfers can connect an external dust extractor to the existing extraction connection.
The PSM 200 AES offers even more flexibility than other multisanders.
This is ensured by the additional rectangular sanding pad measuring 18 x 9 centimetres.
With the approx. 60 percent larger sanding area, even large surfaces can be worked on even faster and more efficiently than with the current sanding pad.
The adjustable speed also contributes to this.
It can be adjusted in six positions and thus adapted to different materials.
To ensure that paint surfaces do not become too hot when sanding, do-it-yourselfers can easily select a lower speed with a rotary knob.
If smaller or tighter surfaces such as the corners of door or window frames need to be sanded, the rectangular sanding pad can be quickly replaced with the delta-shaped sanding pad thanks to the SDS system and without the use of tools.
