Bluetooth connectivity for transferring and documenting measurements to the 'MeasureOn' app
Laser-accurate measurement of distances up to 50 m
Colour display with touchscreen operation for optimal handling and readability
Advantages
Bosch has given its laser rangefinder a feature unique on the DIY market.
The 2.4-inch colour touchscreen is one of the highlights without competition.
With the fingertips, the menu can be controlled very easily on the touchscreen.
The so-called inclination sensor is another highlight of the AdvancedDistance 50 C.
It is used, among other things, when gradients such as those of banisters need to be determined.
The sensor provides inclination angles between zero and 360 degrees with a precision of 0.2 degrees.
Thus, the device becomes an inclinometer.
It is also a digital spirit level.
And one that can be used across both axes (right/left and front/rear).
The spirit level is levelled via a graphical target disk.
The practical stop plate on the foot side of the laser distance meter can be folded out 90 or 180 degrees.
This allows the device to be laid cleanly against edges and to measure even from corners.
In so-called continuous measurement mode, the AdvancedDistance 50 C continuously provides the current distance between its reference edge and the plane the laser is aimed at.
In addition, it indicates the shortest and longest distance of the measurement in each case.
