Pressure reducing valves and oil/water separators from Airpress, 1/4" to 3/4"
Pressure reducing valves and oil/water separators from Airpress control the working pressure and clean the compressed air between compressor and tool. Each pneumatic tool gets the pressure it needs, and oil and condensate stay out of the line, the tool and the paint job. These components belong to Airpress air preparation.
Choose the function first. A separate pressure reducing valve lowers the network pressure to the working pressure of the tool and comes in versions up to 12 bar. An oil/water separator removes moisture and oil mist from the air, which matters for spray painting, blow guns and tools that need dry air. A reducing valve with cleaning combination, or a separator with a built-in reducing valve, does both in one housing.
Then look at the connection size, from 1/4" to 3/4". A small connection is enough for one tool on a short hose, a larger size keeps the flow up on long lines or with several consumers. Some versions already have universal quick-release couplings, so you connect hose and tool straight away. The separators are rated up to 15 bar.
