Torque angle gauges, crowfoot and insert spanners for torque tools

Torque tool accessories extend a torque wrench to fasteners that a standard socket cannot reach or that must be tightened to torque plus angle. Protractors and angular rotation gauges measure the rotation after pre-tightening, and a digital moment and angle meter records both values in one unit fitted between wrench and socket.

Crowfoot spanners, crowfoot sockets and recessed ring spanners fit onto a torque wrench and reach conical nuts and bolts hidden behind obstacles. Choose by connection (1/2" or 3/8" square, or an insert size such as 9 x 12 mm) and by spanner size, from 12 to 61 mm. When an attachment lengthens the lever, recalculate the set torque before tightening.

Reducers link different square drives, for example 3/8" to an insert size, and torque screwdrivers take adapters for bits and holders. Gedore, Bahco, Facom, Wiha, Wera and more supply these parts singly or as sets, some in a plastic case with a calibration certificate for anyone who must document tightening values. They extend the range of torque tools, next to the torque screwdriver and torque wrench sets.
