Choose the 3M Versaflo Helmet M-300 series with the 3M Adflo Motor Powered Breathing System for an effective combination of respiratory, head and face protection. Featuring a wide visor, our M-307 helmet provides an excellent field of vision to give the user optimal visibility over their surroundings. The helmet is equipped with a flame-retardant face seal for protection against hot particles. In addition, the coated visor offers extra resistance to chemicals and scratches. Designed with comfort in mind, the helmet has a fully adjustable interior with textile straps for optimal fit and weight distribution. An integrated deflector in the headgear allows you to control the airflow within the helmet for extra control and comfort. Optional accessories (sold separately) can be added to the helmet for extra protection, including ear protectors, protective films and a chin strap. The 3M Adflo Powered Breathing System protects users from both particles and gases, depending on which filter is used. It features a self-adjusting breathing hose with Quick Release Swivel (QRS) connector for quick one-handed connection and disconnection. It is also equipped with an airflow indicator, pre-filter, spark arrestor, particle filter, standard Li-ion battery, belt and charger. An odour filter (837110) is available separately for use in environments with unpleasant odours. Gas filters are available separately (837242 and 837542). The standard battery supplied fully charges in about 4 to 5 hours, depending on remaining capacity. The system has an expected operating time of 7 to 9 hours when using a new particulate filter, new fully charged battery and at standard airflow rate. The airflow rate can be easily adjusted to the user's needs. The airflow is always a constant minimum nominal volume of 170 litres per minute, regardless of battery charge or particle charge of the filter. For optimal comfort in hotter and more humid working environments, increase the airflow rate to 200 litres per minute.
