Use the Scotch-Brite Roloc Cut and Polish Flap Brush for deburring, polishing and finishing a variety of substrates in wood and metalworking. We make our brushes with aluminium oxide mineral, a sharp-cutting and durable abrasive material that continuously self-breaks during use to expose new cutting edges and provide a smooth consistent finish - unlike traditional abrasive materials, such as garnet, which wear out quickly with use. Its high cutting speed, hardness, strength and low heat retention make aluminium oxide mineral ideal for sanding and finishing applications. Can be used for numerous substrates in both wood and metalworking, including ferroalloys. Scotch-Brite Roloc Cut and Polish Flap brushes are designed to adapt to the substrate, making them a good option for machining inside diameters and smoothing out surface imperfections. The open, flexible blade construction makes the brush soft and pliable, helping to achieve an even finish.
