These product benefits include higher productivity and lower overall grinding costs compared to other fibre discs and reinforced grinding wheels when grinding a variety of metals, including stainless steel and other heat-sensitive alloys. This long-life fibre disc delivers up to 56% more total material removed compared to the 3M Cubitron II Fibre Disc 987C, 36+ and has a high cutting speed with high material removal at different mates of applied pressure. In addition, it features a grinding aid that minimises temperatures for heat-sensitive alloys.
