3M Glass Fabric Insulating Tape 69 is a white 0.178 mm (7 mil) thick tape consisting of a 0.140 mm (5.5 mil) thick glass fibre backing coated on one side with a non-corrosive, heat-resistant, flame-retardant, thermosetting silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive.
3M Glass Fabric Insulating Tape 69 is coated with a pressure-sensitive, heat-resistant, thermosetting silicone adhesive. It is widely used in UL-rated applications up to 600 volts in dry locations and in various coil/transformer and motor applications, including as outer wrap of bobbin-wound coils, for banding shaft-wound coils, for securing connector pads, for end windings and connection anchors and connections. UL-certified and resistant to temperatures up to 200 °C (392 °F). CSA-certified and resistant to temperatures up to 180 °C (356 °F). Complies with RoHS and QPL-certified - QPL-19166 pre MIL-I-19166
