Water pump pliers for pipes, fittings and nuts

Water pump pliers grip round, square and hexagonal workpieces with an adjustable jaw that accommodates a wide range of sizes in a single tool. This range of 220 products covers lengths from compact 125 mm models for fine work up to the 560 mm Cobra XXL for large-diameter pipes and fittings.

Push-button adjustment systems on Cobra models allow quick, one-handed jaw setting without the pliers slipping during use. Self-locking jaw geometry increases grip force as more pressure is applied, preventing the tool from slipping off smooth pipe surfaces. Atramentised finishes provide corrosion protection and reduce surface glare, while chrome-plated versions suit clean-room and food-industry environments.

VDE-insulated models rated to 1000 V are available for electrical installation work. Ergonomic multi-component handles with soft-grip zones reduce hand fatigue during extended plumbing and mechanical tasks. Products come from Knipex, Bahco, Wiha, Gedore, Facom, Stanley, Milwaukee and more, covering every pipe-gripping application from household plumbing to industrial maintenance.
