HG wood floor oil is a nourishing oil specially developed to harden once in the wood. This gives it the unique property of giving the wood an absolutely natural look, but also protecting it against drying out, dirt and stains. This unique product is made entirely of natural oils and 100% solvent-free.
Application
HG floor oil natural (product 60) is a nourishing oil for wooden floors and has been specially developed to harden once in the wood. Due to this unique property, this product gives the wood an absolutely natural appearance, but also protects the floor against dirt, stains and drying out. The product consists of natural oils and is 100% solvent-free. To give a white mark in the veins and knots which accentuates the wood structure, we recommend HG floor oil white wash (product 61).
Instructions for use
- The surface must be clean, wax- and varnish-free, also for new floors
- Do not treat more than 4 m2 at a time
- Shake well before use, apply a thin layer and rub out immediately with a clean, lint-free (tea)towel, so that the oil is fully absorbed by the wood
- Do this once or twice, until the wood is saturated and no longer absorbs oil
- Remove excess oil immediately, do not allow a shiny layer to develop
- After a few hours the floor can be carefully walked on again and after 24 hours the oil is fully cured and the floor can be walked on normally again
- 3 days after treatment the wood is optimally protected
- Consumption: 20-50 m2 per litre per layer, depending on the absorbency of the type of wood
