Twin brother with a character of its own - the MADDOX Compo
Our MADDOX Compo black-red Low ESD S3S has the word "Compo" in its name because it has a plastic toecap instead of a steel toecap. Otherwise, it looks very much like its twin brother, the MADDOX black-red Low ESD S3S. But as it goes with twins - at first glance they are the same, but if you look closely, you will see the small but important differences. A plastic toecap is obviously lighter than a steel toecap, moreover, it is not conductive and does not form a cold or heat bridge in the shoe. Unlike a steel toecap, which likes to transmit temperature from outside to inside. With the upper material made of hydrophobic microfibres and hydrophobic textil material, the differences already end - as this is also water-repellent and weatherproof. Only in the penetration protection have we changed something: it is metal-free and contains recycled material. But here too, the TPU/PU sole MAXXIMO with a sole core of Infinergy® from BASF offers an unbeatable dynamic advantage: it cushions excellently and returns energy with every step. That feels good and, above all, very relaxed. The sole is also oil- and fuel-resistant (FO) and extra slip-resistant (SR-certified) - so nothing can really go wrong. Thanks to the breathable textile lining, the shoe climate also remains pleasant and fresh. The ESD-certified shoe is available in sizes 34 to 47.
