WELLMAXX SKYWALK - high-tech feeling for the working day
Anyone who sees the TAIFUN XXSW BOA® black Low ESD S3S from the WELLMAXX SKYWALK series will probably first think of a high-tech hard shoe for the construction site. This is hardly surprising, considering how much distance you cover during a working day. However, it is a full-fledged safety shoe with S3 protection class. The name SKYWALK" literally applies here. The GUMMI/eTPU/SCF sole gives a feeling of pure lightness when walking, almost as if you were walking a bit over the clouds. This is due to BASF's Infinergy® module in the heel, which returns energy with every step. This is complemented by Supercritical Foam (SCF) in the midsole, an extremely light and fine-pored material that expands evenly and provides noticeable dynamism. The upper material of hydrophobic microfibre with recycled components is flexible, robust and water-repellent; rain, oil or other liquids easily bead off. A technical highlight is the BOA® Fit System Li2. The flat dial can be turned in either direction. Turn to the right and the fine cord system tightens; if the shoe is too tight, turn the knob to the left and everything is loosened again - without fully opening the buckle. The protection factor is also excellent: a carbon protective toe cap and metal-free perforation protection ensure completely safe feet. The safety shoe is available in sizes 36 to 48, ESD-capable, and FO-, SR- and HRO-certified - in short: ready for almost any terrain.
