When large amounts of screws need to be screwed in every day, you need a machine that gets the job done quickly and accurately. With the GDR 18V-125 Professional, there is a machine that quickly turns screws into wood or metal at a speed of 3300 min-1. And with a torque of 215 Nm, it can easily turn screws in hardwood. Thanks to its compact design, the machine is ideal for hard-to-reach, tight spots. And there is no risk that the work is even less than perfect. The machine has 2 automatic screw modes for metal and wood for screws with a head length of 121 mm (or 126 mm, depending on the model selected). The machine can also automatically switch off or slow down when reaching the surface of the material, ensuring a good quality finish. In addition, the machine is versatile and practical thanks to the double-shank bit holder that fits both NZ and MZ bits (applies to selected models only).

Equipment and application

The GDR 18V-215 Professional is ideal for wood- and metal-based materials. When working with wood, screws of 50 mm and long screws of 80-140 mm are easily turned into wooden frames. The machine is also great for metal, turning self-tapping screws in metal sheets of 3 mm, M8 machine screws in metal blocks with threads already inserted, self-tapping screws in metal sheets of less than 3 mm. It can also be used to tighten and loosen nuts less than M10
