The mid-cut model of the XXSTREET series
The shoes in our WELLMAXX STREET series are specially designed to bring the trainer style of the street to urban work life. The BATES XXST black Mid ESD S3S is no exception. Black, sleek, urban - no neon, no excess. These shoes go just as well with jeans as with work trousers. As a mid-cut model made of hydrophobic microfibres, it offers the typical cushioning of a trainer, but with a technological boost: the eTPU material in the sole with Infinergy® from BASF returns energy, relieves the joints and makes long standing and walking noticeably more comfortable. Microfibre instead of leather, textile perforation protection with recycled components - this increases flexibility and is technically up to date. Thanks to hydrofobing, moisture and wetness cannot do anything to the shoe, as water has no chance to take hold or penetrate - similar to a freshly waxed jacket. However, the material remains breathable as it is not completely sealed. The breathable textile inner lining also contributes to this, keeping the inner climate of the shoe comfortable and, above all, dry. The TPU/PU running sole WELLMAXX STREET offers not only excellent cushioning, but also excellent slip resistance (SR-certified). A steel toe cap is naturally present, and the ESD-certified safety shoe with FO marking - disguising itself as a trainer - also offers protection against oil and fuel. Available in sizes 35 to 48.
