Just like last year, we were allowed to be on stage again at the presentation of the SafeShops.be Awards. However, this time it was to receive the award for the most customer-friendly webshop of 2021. This award is very special to our team for more than one reason.

What makes the SafeShops Awards even more unique is that the public chooses. More than 4,000 consumers completed a questionnaire about their online shopping experiences. It is not a panel or jury that has awarded us this honour — instead, the people who are most important to us and who can judge us best: our customers.

Another reason why the 2021 Customer Friendliness Award means so much to us is the trust and understanding of our customers. Due to the Covid-19 situation, it is also a challenging time in our industry. Or, to put it less nicely, sometimes downright frustrating. Delivery problems often prevented us from fulfilling our promise “ordered today, delivered tomorrow”. What struck us time and again is that even customers who had to wait weeks for their order showed understanding. This is very motivating for our team. And we will also need that motivation shortly because the delivery problems are far from over.

With a big ‘Thank you!’ to our customers and strengthened by their understanding, we continue to do our best. Not only to get orders out of the door as quickly as possible but also to continue to distinguish ourselves with our range, service, information, warranty and the other qualities that have made us the most customer-friendly webshop of 2021.
