The column clamping on both sides makes the Festool OF 1010 R router bending stiff and extremely precise to work with. Thanks to the adjustable zero point, the milling depth can be set anywhere with an accuracy of 1/10 mm within a few seconds. The new side stop made of cast aluminum can be easily adjusted without additional tools thanks to the integrated fine adjustment. The guide jaws provide a continuous contact surface, which can be easily adjusted without tools. All these innovations ensure a perfect milling result without lengthy post-processing.
Extensive range of accessories
Thanks to the large selection of system accessories, such as milling cutters, routing templates, guide rails, and the VS 600 connection system, the application possibilities of the OF 1010 R are virtually limitless. The accessory Systainer OF 1010 offers excellent basic equipment for every user. It contains numerous practical aids such as guide rail adapters, walking soles, copy rings, and much more — neatly stored, well protected, and always within reach. In addition, the Systainer also provides additional slots for the cutters.
Perfect visibility thanks to the light ring
A strong point of the OF 1010 R is the visible work area. The new LED light ring is mounted directly in the base plate of the OF 1010 R and illuminates the milling point without shadows. The LED light can be variably adjusted to two brightness levels and has a lighting duration of up to 6 hours. The battery unit is removable and easily rechargeable via a USB-C interface.
